These Terms and Conditions govern the use of districtartsacademy.com, operated by District Arts Academy LLC («the Academy»). By browsing the site or submitting a form, you accept what is described here.

1. Who we are

District Arts Academy LLC is a music and performing arts academy located at 1048 East Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Contact: districtartsacademy@gmail.com, 689-284-4775 or 321-337-9594.

2. Purpose of the site

This site is informational and for contact: it presents our divisions, programs and events, and lets you request information or a trial class. No payments or enrollment are processed through the site. Enrollment is completed directly with the Academy.

3. Class and pricing information

We aim to keep published schedules, programs and prices accurate, but they may change without notice and are subject to availability. Information on the site does not constitute a binding contractual offer: the definitive terms are those of the enrollment agreement signed at registration.

4. Free trial class

The free trial class is subject to availability and limited to one per new student. The Academy may modify or withdraw this offer at any time. Booking it does not oblige you to enroll.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Everything concerning tuition, registration fees, cancellations, make-up classes and refunds is governed by the current enrollment agreement given to each family at registration, not by this website.

6. Minors and supervision

Students who are minors must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who takes responsibility for the information provided. This site is intended for adults; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s data.

7. Student likeness

The Academy takes photographs and video in classes, recitals and performances for educational and promotional purposes. Publishing the image of a student who is a minor requires written authorization from a parent or guardian, which may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The District Arts Academy name, its logo, the text, photographs, video and design of this site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Academy or their respective owners. Copying, reproducing or using them for commercial purposes without written authorization is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

By using the site you agree not to attempt to damage it, access restricted areas, submit unlawful or offensive content through the forms, or use it to send unsolicited advertising.

10. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify). We do not control their content or policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Warranties and liability

The site is provided «as is». We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and up to date, but we do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by the law of the State of Florida, the Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including those arising from personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms shall be brought before the competent state or federal courts of Osceola County, Florida, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid, the remainder will remain in force.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
